CDX-II便攜式探傷儀噪音小、壽命長(zhǎng)、操作簡(jiǎn)單方便、適用性強(qiáng),工作穩(wěn)定。按磁化方式分為電磁軛探傷儀、旋轉(zhuǎn)磁場(chǎng)探傷儀,按電流分為交流、直流、交直流兩用型等磁粉探傷儀,交流供電電源采用~220V電源直接輸入,無需其他儀器配套,操作方便、簡(jiǎn)單、重量輕、便于攜帶,因而該儀器得到廣泛使用??膳銩、D、E、O四種型號(hào)探頭。
CDX-II portable flaw detector has the advantages of low noise, long service life, simple and convenient operation, strong applicability and stable work. According to magnetization mode, it is divided into electromagnetic yoke flaw detector and rotating magnetic field flaw detector. According to current, it is divided into AC, DC and AC/DC magnetic particle flaw detectors. AC power supply is directly input by ~220V power supply without other instruments. It is easy to operate, simple, light in weight and easy to carry. Therefore, the instrument is widely used. It can be equipped with four types of probes: a, d, e and o.
馬蹄式探頭(A型): 它可以對(duì)各種角焊縫,大型工件的內(nèi)外角進(jìn)行探傷;
Horseshoe probe (type a): it can be used to detect all kinds of fillet welds and inner and outer corners of large workpieces.
電磁軛探頭(D型):它配有活關(guān)節(jié),可以對(duì)曲面、平面工件進(jìn)行探傷;
Electromagnetic yoke probe (D type): it is equipped with live joints and can detect curved and planar workpieces.
旋轉(zhuǎn)磁場(chǎng)探頭(E型):它可以對(duì)各種焊縫、各種幾何形狀的曲面、平面、管道、鍋爐、球罐等壓力容器進(jìn)行一次性全方位探傷,可檢查工件表面全方位的缺陷和傷痕;
Rotating magnetic field probe (type e): it can carry out one-time all-round flaw detection on various welding seams, curved surfaces of various geometric shapes, planes, pipelines, boilers, spherical tanks and other pressure vessels, and can check all-round defects and scars on the surface of workpieces;
磁環(huán)式線圈(O型):它可以滿足所有工件能放入線圈的周向裂紋的探傷,用它來檢測(cè)工件的疲勞痕(疲勞痕均垂直于軸向)極為方便,用它還可以對(duì)工件進(jìn)行遠(yuǎn)離法退磁。
Magnetic ring coil (o type): it can satisfy the flaw detection of circumferential cracks of all workpieces that can be put into the coil. it is extremely convenient to detect fatigue marks (fatigue marks are perpendicular to the axial direction) of workpieces, and it can also demagnetize workpieces with distance method.
