This equipment is separated and manufactured by using advanced electronic technology at home and abroad. The equipment is designed and manufactured by referring to German DIN standard and implementing railway axle flaw detection standard and JB/T8290-2011 "Magnetic Particle Flaw Detector". The equipment uses direct current to generate magnetic field in the circumferential direction, magnetizing coil in the longitudinal direction and one-time composite magnetization scheme. It has good reliability, high degree of automation, better improvement of working environment of operators, reduction of labor intensity and improvement of working efficiency. It is currently the ideal equipment for axle flaw detection at home and abroad.
